Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments are usually one hour in total duration, with 45 minutes of direct session time and 15 minutes dedicated to progress note taking. All sessions will have a further 10 minutes of indirect service added. Indirect services are an essential component of high quality tailored care, and include reviewing progress notes to prepare for your session, preparing and developing personalised activities, liaison and communication with other stakeholders and much more. The initial assessment session generally takes 60-90 minutes and therapy sessions vary between 30-45 minutes depending on the needs of the client. 

Costs are dependent on the type and length of appointment (e.g. assessment, therapy, review) and the available funding.  Please contact us to discuss your options. 

Yes! We tailor our services to suit you and your lifestyle. Although our clinic is based in Tully, you can choose from home visits, sessions within the community,  support at schools or kindergartens, or appointments at our family friendly clinic space. 

Almost everyone! Our OT, Lee, provides services across the lifespan, from 0-100 (and beyond!). Our speechies, Grace and Jayne, specialise in supporting children aged 0-12 years of age.
